Start with an Initial Visit.
You do not need to diagnose yourself or select a technique. The Initial Visit is where we listen, complete an appropriate evaluation, explain the findings, and recommend the next step when care is appropriate.
Check before ordinary booking
Some cases need guidance first.
If your visit involves an auto accident, work injury, Medicare, a required referral or authorization, or an unclear insurance path, call or text before ordinary online booking so we can guide you to the appropriate next step.
Protect your information
Keep ordinary texts simple.
Do not send health history, symptoms, insurance details, records, or appointment notes in an ordinary text message. The public website does not contain a patient-contact or intake form.
When secure intake and online booking are ready, those steps will occur through the approved Jane workflow.
